Spring Forest Bathing Walk
Join Rebecca Beidler for a slow meander in the emerging spring green of the Hardwick Trails. In the tradition or Shinrin Yoku or Forest Bathing, we will use all of our senses to experience the forested trails through a series of invitations. Over the course of two hours, we will walk quietly. focusing on the sights, smells, sounds, textures, and feelings of the forest, pausing periodically to share our insights with the group. We will end the walk by sharing a cup of tea made with the plants from the places we have walked. $5 – $10 sliding scale fee.
Meet at the Hardwick Trails entrance sign. We will walk in light rain. Call 802.755.6336 if weather is a question.
